Mythos Scans was founded in 2016. The name Mythos is derived from the first manga project we decided to take on which is Orpheus no Mado. It relates to the tale of Orpheus and Eurydice, a Greek myth, in which Orpheus goes to rescue Eurydice from the Underworld. He breaks the promise he made with Hades to not look back at her until they reached the light. Her shadow then dissolves and she is stuck forever in the land of the dead.
